Payment is due on the day of service. We submit electronic claims on our patients’ behalf to most traditional plans and currently participate in Delta Dental Premier and Horizon BCBS of NJ (Traditional) (subject to change). For all other plans we are “out-of-network”. We will estimate the patient portion which is payable on day of service and we will balance bill if your insurance pays less than expected. If you are unsure about your dental benefits, please call your insurance company PRIOR to your appointment to see if you have “Out of Network” benefits. We also offer flexible payment plans through CareCredit, please ask Joanne or Dawn for details.
