DENTAL HORIZONS PC began in 1998. Our goal is to provide high-quality dentistry in a timely, caring, and comfortable manner. We seek to use state-of-the-art products that are durable and esthetically pleasing. The practice is driven by our caring commitment to patients. Each patient receives a specialized treatment plan for a lasting professional relationship to meet his or her needs.

The Dentists
Robert V. Sampier, D.M.D.
Dr. Sampier grew up in Montville Township, NJ and earned his undergraduate degree from Drew University and his doctorate at University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. He is passionate about providing comprehensive dental health services in a relaxed, caring and friendly environment.
For over 30 years he has successfully completed implant crowns, veneers, composite (white) fillings, root canals and extractions with patience and expertise.
Dr. Sampier is certified by Six Month Smiles and can orthodontically correct teeth with invisible aligners faster than most treatments. He attends numerous forms of continuing education each year and incorporates new advanced dental technology to improve patient care and satisfaction. He is experienced with the all-on-four system which replace a full mouth of teeth using dental implants in one day.
Out of the office, he is an avid Giants fan and enjoys skiing, fishing, boating, and gardening. Dr. Sampier looks forward to meeting you and discussing your new smile!
Daniel A. Nyhuis, D.M.D.
Dr. Daniel Nyhuis has been practicing dentistry since 1992. He graduated from The University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey and completed a residency at the Veterans Administration in Castle Point, New York. Dr. Nyhuis, his wife and their four children live in New Jersey. He practices family dentistry and believes in making his patients feel comfortable while providing great dentistry.
Nicki Childress, D.M.D.
Dr. Nicki Childress has been practicing dentistry since 1998. She graduated from The University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey and completed a residency at the Veterans Administration in East Orange, New Jersey. She is an avid Yankee fan and lives in New Jersey with her husband and son.
Our goal is to ensure that you receive superior dental care. We believe in using quality labs and products and our fees are reasonable. Our staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable and we welcome you, your family, co-workers and friends!
